Rights of data subjects
Regardless of the legal basis for processing personal data, data subjects have the right to access their personal data, the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or the right to initiate proceedings regarding the protection of personal data.
Right to access personal data
This right means that you are entitled to request confirmation from us about whether we process personal data concerning you. If we do process such personal data, you have the right to access it and be informed about:
• Why we process your personal data (purpose of processing)
• What data we process about you (categories of personal data)
• To whom or which recipients your personal data may be provided (identification of recipients or categories of recipients)
• How long we will store your personal data (data retention period)
• That you have the right to request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, or that you may object to the processing of personal data

• Whether we use automated decision-making, including profiling, according to Sections 28(1) and (4) of the Act; specifically about the used procedure, as well as the significance and expected consequences of such processing of your personal data for you
• About appropriate safeguards regarding transfers, if your personal data is transferred to a third country or international organization
This right also allows you to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you request your personal data repeatedly, we may request a reasonable administrative fee related to your request for a copy of your personal data.
Right to rectify personal data
As part of our service conditions, we ask that you provide accurate data. However, if despite this, we process incorrect data about you, the right to rectification allows you to request that we correct any inaccurate personal data concerning you. Also, in relation to the purpose of processing, you have the right to request that we complete incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure of personal data (Right to Be Forgotten)
You have the right to request that we erase personal data concerning you, and the following conditions must be met:
• Your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which we collected or processed it
• You have withdrawn your consent to the processing of personal data, based on which we processed your personal data, and there is no other legal basis for further processing
• You object to the processing of personal data, which is carried out based on public interest or legitimate interest, and no legitimate grounds for processing override your objection
• Your personal data has been processed unlawfully
• Your personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under Slovak or EU law
• Your personal data was collected in relation to the offer of information society services under Section 15(1) of the Act
However, your right to erasure of personal data may not be granted in specific cases, depending on the circumstances, if processing is necessary:
• For the exercise of our freedom of expression or the right to information.
• To fulfill a legal obligation.
• To establish, exercise, or defend our legal claims.
• For archiving, historical research, or statistical purposes, if the erasure would likely impede or significantly hinder the achievement of such processing purposes.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under the following conditions:
• During a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of your personal data, if you contest the accuracy of your personal data.
• If processing is unlawful, you object to the erasure of personal data and request a restriction of processing instead of erasure.
• We no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, or you need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• You object to the processing of personal data, and we will verify whether our legitimate interests override your rights.
Right to data portability
If our processing of your personal data is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract we have entered into with you, you have the right to request the transfer of your data to another data controller.

If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to process your request. We require this information to verify your identity and to prevent unauthorized disclosure of your personal data. If you, as a data subject, lack full legal capacity, your legal representative may exercise your rights under the Regulation and the Act. The rights of a deceased data subject may be exercised by a close person according to the Regulation and the Act. If your requests are clearly unfounded or excessive, especially due to their repetitive nature, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs or refuse to act on the request.
Data retention period
Personal data will be stored for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. Retention is in accordance with the timeframes required by accounting, archival, and other legal regulations.
Provision of data to third parties
Your personal data is shared only to the extent necessary and always in compliance with the confidentiality of the data recipients, such as our employees or persons we commission to perform specific legal services or accounting services.
Erasure of personal data
The controller will ensure the erasure of provided personal data from the information system upon the withdrawal of the user’s consent for data processing or upon expiration of the retention period.
